Our body is made of earth, water, fire, air and space. The detox techniques helps harmonising these five elements in the body, enhancing the flow of Prana and improving the balance of the mind. Thus, the cleansing techniques are improving the energy flows and balancing the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta & Kapha). According Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Ayurveda, a balanced Doshas result in physical and mental well-being. In this retreat we will discover Yoga as joyful journey through inner transformation and re-connection with the wisdom.

Daily 3 meals cost approximately €30 at local restaurants. Small kitchen also available in each room for self prepared meals.
