About Online Hatha Yoga & Pranayama Prevention Course

This ZPP-certified 'Hatha Yoga Onlineseminar mit Krishna' Präventionskurs ID: KU-ST-V5VPU5 is for those who would like to progress with their Hatha Yoga and breathwork alongside their physical health and well-being. It is ideal for those who want to integrate the practice into their daily life from anywhere in the world only with an internet connection.


Hatha Yoga infuses mostly physical postures for proper breathing techniques called Prāṇāyāma. Most of us think Prāṇāyāma is about breathing exercises. But it isn’t. Breathing exercises prepare you for Prāṇāyāma by enhancing the flow of Prāṇā, the vital life force. Prāṇāyāma begins where the breath ends. It is done with full awareness to harness the unlimited potential of the mind to become a balanced and creative individual.


What will you learn from the course?

The course is divided into two parts: 

  1. The first part focuses on preparing the foundation with various techniques for warming up movement and the mechanics of breath, including the Hathenas exercises, which are breathing techniques for expanding lung capacity.
  2. The second part takes you step by step to Hatha Yoga and Prāṇāyāma practices such as the rhythmic breaths, the purifying breaths, the warming breaths, the cooling breaths, the calming breaths, the breath for everyday life, relaxation and meditation.


This course is to progress your basic hatha yoga & pranayama practice. It will be streamed via ZOOM with recordings.


The Video On-Demand recording is available for 7 days. Every session will include a Q&A to clarify the practices.

Course Fee: €150

This course is subsidised by all German statutory health insurance in accordance with §20 SGB V. The statutory health insurance companies could refund up to 80% of the fee. Registration with full payment is required as confirmation. Upon completion the course, the participant refund the fee by submitting the confirmation form to respective health insurance.
