PANCHA SAHITA PRANAYAMA

This technique rejuvenates the five important organs

  • Lungs
  • Liver
  • Digestive Organs
  • Elimination Organs
  • Heart


You will practice on each organ for 2 weeks in the order listed above. It is suggested that you practice the Pancha sahita pranayama daily for 14 consecutive days as you refine the technique. You have to allocate 30 minutes daily for the practice.


Some breathing ratios you will find are challenging, it is important to note above all else, not to be hard on yourself, you are creating a daily habit and you can take your time to make this breakthrough, you will be so glad that you did.  Once you make this change to focus on your breath and internal organs as part of your day and you keep practising to the best of your ability you will find mastery when you are ready.


Join this special and ancient Pranayama and breathwork challenge to integrate and balance your breath into the body and the mind. Open to all yoga enthusiasts of all levels. Harness abundant of the life force energy and direct it towards your inner and outer personal transformation.


This challenge is addressed to those who would like to progress with their breathwork alongside their physical health and well-being. It is ideal for those who want to integrate the Prāṇāyāma practice into their daily life.  Most of us think Prāṇāyāma is about breathing exercises. But this is only half the truth. Breathing exercises prepare you for Prāṇāyāma by enhancing the flow of Prāṇā, the vital life force. Prāṇāyāma begins where the breath ends. It is done with full awareness to harness the unlimited potential of the mind to become a balanced and creative individual. This challenge is to progress your Prāṇāyāma and breathwork practices.


What will you learn from the course?


First Part
The first part focuses on preparing the foundation with various techniques for warming-up movement & the mechanics of breath including the Hathenas exercises and breathing techniques for expanding lung capacity.

  • Low lung activation – ustra kriya
  • Middle lungs activation – matsya kriya
  • High lung activation – maha kriya


Second Part
The second part takes you step by step through Prāṇāyāma practices to rejuvenate each organs

  • Pancha Sahita Pranayama for 
  • WEEK 01 & 02 - LUNGS
  • WEEK 03 & 04 - LIVER
  • WEEK 05 & 06 - DIGESTIVE ORGANS
  • WEEK 07 & 08 - ELIMINATION ORGANS
  • WEEK 09 & 10 - HEART


The Video On-Demand are recorded from the previous course at JAN 2025 via ZOOM and these recording videos are available for practice at your own pace.

Course Fee: €150

This course is subsidised by all German statutory health insurance in accordance with §20 SGB V. The statutory health insurance companies could refund 80% - 100% of the fee. Registration with full payment is required as confirmation. Upon completion the course, the participant refund the fee by submitting the confirmation form to respective health insurance.
